Prompt arrival, neat and tidy. The tap washer was faulty hence the constant dripping. Not as simple as replacing a washer Mark had to go into BRIGHTON to find the right cartridge for the tap. He was back very speedily and completed to job. Mark stayed for several minutes after to check the tap was no longer dripping.

Powerflush vs chemical flush, what's the difference?
Chemical flush is just putting chemical in your heating system and then just running the boiler in heating mode and getting all the radiators hot a few hours then draining down the system to change the water and fill up heating system and test that’s it. With a power flush machine. You put chemicals in far the power flush and you pump it around with a much stronger pump and you do every single radiator on the system by shutting all off apart from one at a time. And also the power flush machine should have magnets to catch all the sludge that builds up in the heating system. And you can keeping changing and flushing the heating much more quicker using a power flush machine.
How to fix a leaking / dripping tap?
Well it all depends on what style tap you have that’s is dripping or leaking. If it the old style tap where you have keep turning the head to shut the water off. It will be the washer that is letting by and you can just the washer, if it the new type taps 1/4 turn or sometimes lever taps you will have to find the right cartridge for the tap and replaced it to stop it dripping
What are the common causes of blocked drains?
I find the most common fault of having a blocked drain or waste pipe and trap. Is the home owner putting inappropriate things down the waste pipe. I.e food waste from washing up or cooking oils and fats that over time all come together and cause I blockage in the drain line. Also put wipes down the toilet which do not break up and just clogg all together.
