Gaz came round within a couple of hours of us contacting him and diagnosed the issues quickly. He was back the next day with the appropriate parts at the exact time he said he would be there and got the work done in the time it took me to take the dog around the block!! Now we have a lovely warm house and hot water again. Amazing service- wont use anyone else in the future!! Emma

He gave an estimate, stuck to it, came when he said he would, completed the job quicker than he thought he would,was friendly, efficient and certainly knew what he was talking about. Job completed in 1 day but he came back the next day to make sure all had gone well and that we were satisfied. What more can you ask of someone - oh and he only wanted one cup of coffee all day!!!

I have been delighted to have Gaz work in my home. He is very knowledgeable and good at explaining how things work. he takes an obvious pride in his work and his pipework is a work of art, almost too good to cover up!. he was always on time, polite, trustworthy, tidy and the work was completed to time at a competitive price. I intend to have him back to complete my heating system once our extension is built.

Basically me and the missus are rubbish at planning refurbishments. Geraint got us through it. He fitted a radiator that another plumber said couldn't be done. He sorted out gas, sewerage and pipework. Tidy. Knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Also sorted out boiler which someone else fitted incorrectly. Runs almost silent now!

The quote for the boiler replacement won hands down. We were given excellent advice on which boiler to choose for our needs. Mr Archer who installed the boiler has a very proffesional approach to his work. He has a pleasant manner, gets on with the job not stopping for tea or lunch breaks. The work we had done should have been a very messy and dusty job, not so with Mr Archer, he is methodical and cleans up as he goes. Mr Archers pipe fitting ability is second to none. I would not hesitate in reccommending Heat Trend for all gas engineering jobs. Thank you Heat Trend for a job well done.

This was a fantastic experience and a nice easy process from the initial quote to the completion of the job. Nothing was to much trouble and everything I asked for was done. Other trades people were not as keen to carry out the work as it was all done in a very confined space, however Heat trend just got on with it. I was called by my tenant to say heating not working. Gary was as always so accommodating and went around next day and stayed until he got the whole thing working again. The only Heating Engineer to give me a proper quotation in writing and the only one to be willing to spend time investigating my old system to ensure new system will be ok and the only one to spend time giving advise and explaining in simple details the differences between boiler makes and on top of this he was one of the most reasonable quote. On the day he fitted the boiler with no problems and left with all rubble removed and cleaned the area working in. The boiler has performed much better than my old one I would recommend him to other people and have done so

When our boiler broke down we phoned our regular engineer, only to learn he had closed his business. We found Geraint through the manufacturer's web site and he saved the day - attended quickly to assess the problem, then returned with a spare part two days later on a Sunday to fit it and complete the repair.

Following extensive research for a new boiler and how to approach the matter, the majority of advice was that engineers recommend by friends or family should be the first port of call and that three quotes should be obtained for a new installation. Once all three quotes were received, then an assessment should be made of prices submitted and the company providing the quote. What this apparently sensible advice fails to mention is that most engineers (based on my one and only experience) are totally unreliable as far as keeping appointments is concerned. My general observations are that many engineers are a law unto themselves. This being the case I resorted to searching for the closest engineer that fitted the makes of boiler we were interested in and in the end I was glad it happened this way as Geraint Archer proved to be extremely courteous, efficient and competitively priced. The installation carried out by Geraint was excellent and I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Mr Archer has done an excellent job in our bathroom, replacing the old bath with a new one, securing toilet, fitting new wall panels. He has been very professional in his work, communications, being highly organised, clean and respectul to my property and privacy.
