This company came in to 'make good' after velux window replacements, he ended up sealing my newly installed front door (installation company failed to do this) and also put sealant around my bath! He checked I was happy with his work before leaving. He turned up when he said he would & did what he said he would ! I'm very happy with the work, will certainly keep his card for future jobs !

We needed a complete renovation of our house, after having not much luck with other companies and being let down, we were told by friends about Essential Property Services and thankfully they did as from the start they were outstanding. They understood my vision and design I was wanting of the house, helpful advice on what is better, even saving us money on some parts of the job, and being honest about it. Nothing was to much trouble. I really can't thank the team enough on all they have done for us as a family, our house is a dream and Essential Property Services has a lot to do with that.

How much value does a garage add to my house?
In a time where properties seem to be being built on top of each other your own car space with garage can be a real benefit. Obviously there is the space/element storage which is always beneficial but it can also add value to the property if you wish to sell, I believe at present 2019 it’s around 5-6%
When is the best time to paint the exterior of a house?
It is important to not carry out any exterior decorations works on a property when it’s freezing, rain/dampness. This can cause issues and will effectively not provide you with the finish your property deserves. We would recommend a temperature of 8 Degree’s plus to carry out any works on your property with the potential of a clear break in bad weather in order for you to complete the re decoration.
What is the best paint to use for skirting boards?
The best finish will depend on the customers personal taste. You can have a full gloss finish, a satin finish or an eggshell finish. Some customers also opt for a Matt finish. Some customers like to have coloured skirtings boards instead of the traditional white finish. Each finish if applied correctly will provide longevity.
