Max and co installed our chimney liner in a quick and efficient manner .So why 1 star interested ? Read on .All that remained to complete the job was for the wood burner to be connected up . An easy job ? Yes except Max and Co failed to turn up on four occasions .For each of those days I had to use precious annual leave from work . On the fourth missed appointment I had to draw a line under it and find someone else to do the work . There was no contact from Max to say he was not coming & I have had no apology from Max over my wasted time , I really feel he could not care less . There were no phone call or message to say he was not coming over , a complete lack of basic common courtesy . If you are at home all day or have all the time in the world and don’t mind people not turning up then Cunningham is the perfect company to use .For all others there are plenty of alternatives out there .
