Max and co installed our chimney liner in a quick and efficient manner .So why 1 star interested ? Read on .All that remained to complete the job was for the wood burner to be connected up . An easy job ? Yes except Max and Co failed to turn up on four occasions .For each of those days I had to use precious annual leave from work . On the fourth missed appointment I had to draw a line under it and find someone else to do the work . There was no contact from Max to say he was not coming & I have had no apology from Max over my wasted time , I really feel he could not care less . There were no phone call or message to say he was not coming over , a complete lack of basic common courtesy . If you are at home all day or have all the time in the world and don’t mind people not turning up then Cunningham is the perfect company to use .For all others there are plenty of alternatives out there .

From the first contact with Cunningham of London through to the completion of the installation of my gorgeous woodburner, they have been extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were always available, extremely fast working and really ensured I was happy with the whole process and product. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am delighted with my new wood burning stove and am extremely grateful for the expertise and professionalism shown by the whole team from start to finish. Given that I knew very little about Woodburners their knowledge and advise gave me a great deal of confidence and nothing was too much trouble.They were helpful and friendly and I can highly recommend Cunningham as a brilliant service!

They scheduled the work in a short period of time and completed the work ensuring that it was neatly installed. They offered a competitive price. Would recommend them to anyone considering a wood burning stove.

Shaun, Ronnie and team were very helpful, hands on, and thorough, from the beginning through to the end of the project. The installers went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with the completed project - nothing was too much to ask - and even came back a few times to make sure that everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!
