We had previously completed Phase 1 of our refurbishment and had a few weeks break before starting the second section. This involved updating the downstairs of our house. We gave Andy some photographs of the type of staircase we would like and Michael brought this completely to life. He replaced the existing square spindles with twisted ones which look amazing. We have had so many compliments. Michael's attention to detail is exceptional and he goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is pleased. In addition to the staircase we had new doors fitted throughout, the ceilings replastered, new architraves and skirtings. We also had the existing old fashioned fireplace knocked out and made good ready for a new one to be installed. Again, Michael went out of his way to make a new door for our downstairs cupboard to match all the others when they couldn't find one to fit. Sandra then decorated the hall, lounge and downstairs cloakroom to complete the picture. The standard of the workmanship has been extremely high and nothing has been too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Andy and his team to anyone embarking on a similar project.

The first stage of our project was to renovate upstairs. This involved a new bathroom, replastering all ceilings, new doors, architraves, skirtings and redecoration. Andy bought in Jim to update our bathroom and he recommended a designer who made excellent suggestions as to how our bathroom could be completely transformed. Jim did an excellent job and the bathroom was completed to a very high standard. The new wood fittings upstairs made everywhere look so much lighter and Sandra the decorator recommended a colour that would complete the look. We were absolutely delighted with the end result.

Andy and his team were recommended to us and we are so grateful that they were! Our house was looking very tired and dated and we frankly didn't know where to start. Within an hour of meeting Andy we felt completely at ease and felt that he knew exactly what we wanted to accomplish and he was able to suggest improvements that we would never have thought of. Andy organised the whole project from start to finish and brought in other contractors as needed. We actually completed the work in two stages to give us a little breathing room and we'll review these separately. All work was completed to a high standard and on time. Andy and his team were extremely friendly, reliable, tidy and respectful. It actually felt that we were working with friends. We now have a house that we hardly recognise and are delighted with!
