Very professional. We have a heating system in the house which causes much confusion for many contractors, having had 3 previous contractors out to try and fix our heating system, none were able to solve the issue. Liam from Atmosphere Installations Ltd visited and within a very short space of time identified the issue of a broken nuheat wiring centre which he was able to replace and addressed the issue of no hot water! Would highly recommend, Liam was a great engineer!

How do biomass boilers work?
there are various types of biomass boiler, mainly pellets, wood chip and log gasification. Pellet boilers are usually self feeding from a day hopper or bulk store silo. chip boilers are self feeding wood chips from a large store via an auger and usually with an agitator on the store floor to move chips onto the auger, chips should be usually below 21% moisture content. log gasification boilers are bulk loaded where you fill the combustion chamber with logs, it burns from the bottom and achieves high efficiencies and heat output from the fuel.
Do solar panels need servicing?
yes it is advisable two have your solar thermal system services every year to check performance is good, and that there solar glycol is good quality and has deteriorated, ensuring optimum heat transfer and protection from adverse weather conditions, like freezing in the winter months.
How long do biomass boilers last?
Biomass boilers usually achieve a life expectancy of minimum 20 years, this is provided it is installed and sized correctly whilst being maintained and serviced every year. as modern boilers are more efficient, and system designs should be suited to each project the life expectancy should be greater.
