I needed a plumber on a Sunday as my brother with Alzheimer's had no water. Joe was with us within 40 mins, quickly diagnosed the problem and did a temporary repair, he needed to get part and returned this morning to replace it. Absolutely first class service, polite, tidy job. We were kept informed of all stages and showed pictures of before and after the work was completed as it was in the loft.

A water leak from the shower caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. The shower cabinet was removed without damaging the surrounding tiling. All damage was rectified and a new shower cabinet installed. New tiling and decorating done as necessary. I couldn't be more impressed with the service given by Joseph and his team. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleared up after themselves and went the extra mile to ensure everything was how I wanted it.

We needed our family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom modernised. Joe and team stripped everything back, fitted new ceiling (with spots), helped with a wonky wall, plastered, tiled (floor and walls), fitted new bathroom and decorated. They spent five weeks in our home and were all very friendly, careful to get things right and tidy. The work has been completed to a very high standard and both bathrooms now look fantastic. I would certainly recommend this team.

I asked a friend if they had a reliable plumber. I called the number she supplied and straight from the outset I got a friendly and knowledgable approach. He arrived as arranged, listened to my issue and took control. After a period of time the issue was resolved and the offending parts shown to me with a great explanation. The plumber even returned an hour later to check it was absolutely water tight! First rate Job! Would hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend
