Our boiler wasn't working on a Saturday morning so we needed to get it repaired...

Our boiler wasn't working on a Saturday morning so we needed to get it repaired asap. We found Tim's business online, described the error code showing on the boiler display, Tim anticipated what part was needed, sourced it, turned up and fixed it all within a few hours. We were very pleased as it all was sorted with the minimum of fuss.

Diagnosed heat exchanger problem and ordered the part. Returned to drain boiler down and fit. Found a further problem with a temperature sensor which he replaced. Now have lovely piping hot water again!!

We were recommended Tim by another plumber who couldn't fit us in.. I called him and he was at our door within 20 minutes! He then made good the leak whilst getting some parts, had a very reasonable call out charge. Two days later he'd got the parts and was back to permanently fix the issue. Great to find a reasonable value plumber who does what they say they're going to do, doesn't mess you around and is competent! Thanks so much Tim, will use you again and recommend

Honestly cannot say enough good things about the company. The Lady I spoke with was really helpful, Really grateful to Tim for coming to take a look after being on a job all day. When Tim turned up he not only found the cause of the problem but explained what would need to fix it. All of this in 15 minutes.
