From the moment we contacted the company, from reading excellent feedback on Facebook, we were given prompt, friendly response and did not have to wait long for a representative to call. We were given helpful advice and given an idea of how long we would have to wait before the job could be done. We were sent an estimate by return and and advised of a possible installation date of less lthan a month. We felt the estimate was very reasonably priced. The fitters arrived promptly on the due date and were polite, friendly and very professional. The work was completed in three days. We are delighted with the result which has transformed the property. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent. The standard of workmanship was also impressive. From start to finish the experience was hassle free. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Window Workshop to anyone!
