We have been using Steve for 2 years now initially for our annual gas safety check. We have recently remodelled the kitchen requiring fitting of a new boiler and redoing all the pipework to a new location, fitting of kitchen sink supply, fitting a water booster, new radiator and other miscellaneous water and gas pipe relocation work. As usual a great job. Steve is very tidy, punctual and deliver quality work.

What is a condensing boiler & how do condensing boilers work?
a condensing Boiler is a high efficiency water heater which heated by gas and oil, they are more efficient then standard boilers because they uses the latent heat of vaperisation which is otherwise wasted and use it, the condensate leaves the boiler in liquid form from the boiler to a drain or soakaway.
What are the benefits of powerflushing?
powerflushing is a process heating engineers use to clean the heating system, you attach a unit to the heating system which pumps around water and cleaner thought the heating system and radiators to remove sludge and other debris from the system, you get sludge from oxigen in the water and system which is not been maintain very well and chemical added called inhibitor and keep at the correct levels.
