Simon came over to do the job on Monday as agreed. He had been to do some work before, so I knew what to expect. Organising the visit had run smoothly as Caroline is very efficient and communicates well. Simon is polite, friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. He looks smart and professional and so does his work and the work area. The quality of the work did not let down my brand new sparkling shed!! I am really pleased with the sensor light outside too! We contacted Simon to upgrade our consumer unit and install some new lighting within the house. His communication was excellent throughout, he afforded time for us to understand what was required and produced a clear estimate of the work needed. Simon arrived early and was always working constantly during his time here. He left every room tidy when finished with all waste cable and rubbish removed to boxes for disposal. I would also like to mention Caroline who manages the bookings / queries etc when required (this is a good system and is so much better than trying to contact electricians while they are working at someone else's job) To summarise, I would not hesitate to recommend Simon Martin Associates to anyone for electrical work.

It was easy to book Simon for the Electrical Installation Condition Report. Caroline manages booking very well so it was possible to get a check done without waiting for a long time. Simon was thorough and thoughtful about the whole process and the safety of the property. Simon highlighted all risks - not just those that needed rectification. Invoices and reports were timely.

Simon has done a couple of jobs for us now including a new consumer unit and a rewire of our garage. Today Simon completed some work adding new sockets both inside and outside the house. Simon was very professional as always and the work was completed to a very high standard. I will definitely be using Simon again for any future works!
