We had a problem with our heating pump not switching off. Lee and Jacob did a quick visit en route and were able to identify that the problem was with the timer ( which they had a spare of on board). Job done in less than an hour. Problem solved. can’t recommend this company enough. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had bathroom taps replaced and a new shower pump installed. Even though they were shorthanded, Lee made sure the work on the shower was completed as it was a bit of an emergency. Used their website to request contact on a Sunday. Response receive same day giving cost details followed up by telephone call the next morning advising 1 hour time slot when engineer would call. Engineer called within that time slot and fixed problem within a short time. Later in day received call from company to collect payment over the telephone by card. Same day received email with copy invoice for records.

Karl fitted two new radiators and gave his usual friendly professional service. He checked with me exactly where I needed the radiators to be on the wall and made no assumptions. His work is thoughtful, very tidy, with good finish. He is a pleasure to have in our home and it was good to see him and Lee (the boss) again after 4 long months of Covid 19 lockdown, which had caused the job initially to be put on hold. Thanks guys!

Lee Swain and his team did a great job providing us a wet room that meets our needs perfectly. Lee sourced some amazing shower cubicle doors that are so flexible to create a shower space or folded back to create space for a shower wheelchair, and they look really smart. We definitely didn't want a wet room that looked like a hospital - ours looks modern but is completely practical. All the work was carried out to a very high standard by qualified gifted craftsmen. They included me in all discussions as to where to place toilet, basin, grab rails, shower on/off. They really listened to my needs. The works included; re routing pipework, new sensor switched lighting system, new extractor fan and venting, moving a wall affecting two rooms to make way for 2 new extra wide doors for future wheelchair use. Rebuilding one side of the airing cupboard and creating a new good size cupboard inside the wet room - in a space gained when the wall was moved. The shower tray was dug from our concrete floor and a special tray fitted in flush with floor, slip proof Altro flooring was laid throughout and Lee took great pains in making sure it was laid correctly by the flooring company, as this was so important for the integrity of the whole wet room.The ceiling was re plaster boarded and then the whole room was re plastered. Specialist waterproof boarding was used to make two sides of the shower area, and along the wall behind the new basin and new toilet. The whole team were very careful with our privacy for the time we had no doors and wall between bedroom and wet room. I was always consulted when water , gas or electricity were going to be off so I could plan washing etc. All piping and wiring was expertly hidden within the build. The finish on boarding edges, around doors, and basin and toilet is well done and neat. Lee as the boss and project manager always had his finger on the pulse, and dealt superbly with a major problem with the flooring, which was not his or his company's team's fault. All was corrected and is now laid properly and sealed fully. Everyone was professional in their attitude and work, but friendly, approachable and above all trustworthy, and a pleasure to have working in our home. When they were done they tidied up and vacuumed the floors affected. I would like to thank every one involved, Lee for making it happen smoothly, Carl ( who cheerfully and skillfully did a huge portion of the works), Taylor apprentice, Gary a great carpenter, Dan & Danny who left our newly plastered walls feeling like silk, & Scott the electrician. The final invoice had no nasty surprises as Lee had worked with me to get a good fit to our budget. His pricing was good value for money and very good quality of work maintained throughout. As always, Lee and his team (Carl in this case) did a fantastic job. Replace the loo, sink and fitted a vanity unit in 2 bathrooms. The work was exceptional as always and looks great. Finished the work far quicker than I was expecting, but with no corners cut and the fitting is FAR better than what had been there before. The work is always so tidy and well done that we have used (and will continue to use) them multiple times for a number of different jobs large and small. Thoroughly recommended.

Responded very promptly to our voicemail request for a call out. The same afternoon they visited and identified the problem very quickly and ordered the necessary parts. They left two heaters as the parts would take a couple of days to come. Despite problems with their suppliers, the work was completed speedily. Would have no hesitation recommending them because of the speed of their response, their knowledge and the friendly, courteous staff who take a pride in their work

Method statement, assessments and other relevant documents provided and tailored to this specific job. Each member of the team was polite and friendly when on site and they took good care when working around our Museum collections making sure they were properly protected. From day one the company was brilliant! So helpful, professional and approachable and very knowledgeable! Agreement was install and fit new bathroom. Company removed old bathroom and tiles and put in skip which was part of their quote made good on any walls then made up units and fitted them and shower tray. Then tiler came and tiled bathroom, then they fitted shower enclosure and shower etc, then electrician did his bit then finally decorator came and painted ceiling and doors. The job took approx 1 week and a couple of days and they are worth every penny! I would recommend them to everyone. Great company!

I contacted Lee and explained my issue to him. My flat had reduced water pressure and this had been an issue for sometime. I had other plumbers explore the issue no solution was found. I spoke with Lee, explained the issue and he really listened to my concerns. He visited my flat and tried numerous things - he persisted and he found the issue. He wasn’t going to give up even though it was a challenge. He absolutely went above and beyond and from the minute he took on the job he took a lot of pressure of me. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly to me and my tenants and was completely sympathetic to my problem with I was greatful for. Absolutely 5* customer service. Would highly recommend. Responded promptly to telephone enquiry, sympathetic to needs and attitudes of a couple in their 80's with change forced upon them. Mum's safety and Mel's return home was all dependant on getting the wetroom fitted out, safe and completed within 4 weeks. Shoreline quoted a 2 week lead in and kept to it. Project took 2 weeks to install. They adapted the quote before work started to incorporate a specific additional need All the work was planned with a knowledge of the needs of physically challenged people; suggesting appropriate floor covering etc. All contractors worked on time and were polite, clean and helpful Something in the original quote was not needed and returned, the cost being adjusted down. Job completed under budget and on time Wall not painted in the chosen colour - checked out, error found, wall re-painted = issue perfectly resolved Lee was most concerned that the customers were completely happy in all respects before accepting settlement I cannot recommend this company highly enough as this wetroom project was so important to us and perfectly, timely, delivered. I use Shoreline for my annual boiler service and to deal with any problems. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always on time. They came out within four hours for the latest problem I had and, although there will be a need to replace some parts,they didn’t push me into replacing them now as they said there is still some months to go before the work becomes urgent. Big thank you Shoreline Plumbing, Heating & Gas. New boiler relocated from kitchen to loft all pipe work boxed in, have a look very neat. Airing cupboard new floor and new digital shower mixer hidden, small black box. New rad in the bathroom. Then the piste la resistance..... who said you couldn't have a big bathroom shower in a small bathroom. Great recommendation Lee. It has a mobile digital mixer control clipped to the wall. To say this company was professional, efficient, clean and tidy, listen to your needs and recommendations is an understatement. I would whole heartedly give these guys my endorsement. But be warned they do like their tea. Thank you Shoreline.

Shoreline are excellent- Lee provided support and advice all the way through, from the initial assessment of what was wrong with my old shower to the install of the new one. I was provided with a range of options, which gave me the choice of what to go for. The install happened a week or so later which was really quick.
