Ken replaced a standard rad with a towel rail, and a second rad with a bigger double panel. He also fixed an existing rad that wasn’t working properly. It was a tricky job requiring existing pipe work to be adjusted to accommodate a different size rad. He did a great job, very happy with the workmanship and his knowledge. Highly recommended.

Recommended by a neighbour, our boiler had stopped heating water or rads, contacted Ken for assistance on a Friday, said he was v busy but would try to get to us ASAP. Only had to get through a weekend without the boiler working and he managed to make time to come round on the Monday. Tested the various possible symptoms logically and professionally and found the cause quickly. Highly recommended.

Hard to find some one to do a proper job these days without cutting corners. Have used SSE and British gas in the past and was dissapointed with both companies who don't seem to know their own terms and conditions. So I would recomend Ken to everyone

Massively impressed by Ken's 'to-the-point' attitude and efficient operation. No messing around, very clear communication and easy explanations. He quickly found the fault, went and got parts and came back and fixed 1 big and 4 smaller problems in a very short space of time, using freeze kit so didn't have to drain system which saved me a lot of money!
