Sukhbant came to fit a completely new boiler, change all my radiators as well as redireting and fitting some new pipe work. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with S3 as his price was very competitive and he offered me some great advice when he came out. He was always punctual, very tidy and always kept me informed of what he was doing. Would highly recommend him and I intend on using him again on any future work. Thanks again!

Sukhbant made us feel like the problem was taken care off. Sukhbant took control of the tenants issues and was externally mindful of their situation and ours. Clear communication when advising us on our options and costs. Sukhbant resolved all issues including replacing the old boiler the same day. The tenants are very happy with us, for not leaving there family without hot water and heating, and we are grateful for the excellent no hassle service that Sukhbant has given us time and time again.

I called Sukhi from S3 Heating to come look at my old boiler which had stopped working. We came to a decision that it needed replacing. Within a day my old boiler was removed and a new Baxi 630 fitted. The job was neat and left tidy, I even got a new thermostat that I can control off my phone. I would recommend S3 Heating and Plumbing to anyone.

Sukh came out on an emergency call where the boiler was leaking heavily from the attic, he fixed the problem to give us heat and water ( have a little one so this was very much needed) and also installed a new boiler to the highest standards. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional who provides a trustworthy service.
