Contacted Paul by email and he called following day as I emailed late at night arrangement made for visit and completed job following week I had called few plumber’s who never turned up or just said need scaffolding as it’s over conservatory Paul worked from side and happily he replaced pipe work which was rotten and wrong type would definitely recommend as it’s really hard finding trade people who care about workmanship but Paul was a breath of fresh air and excellent job done

Getting a proper service for an old but very reliable Baxi Bermuda 401 back boiler is getting more difficult to source. From the moment Paul started the job, it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was familiar with the old 401. Without a doubt he gave it the best and most thorough clean and service it has had in years. The front gas fire has been serviced and put back together correctly for the first time ever! It was very reassuring (after a few very uncertain services over the last few years) to finally find someone who was fully trained and very familiar with the system. Paul was fast, friendly and efficient and everything was left spotlessly clean afterwards. The paperwork was emailed quickly the same day. Very happy with the work competed and the service received. It is a pleasure to 100% recommend Paul and RDS plumbing.

Prompt, reliable and efficient service. My boiler problem (low pressure and a mysterious drip) was fixed and a new kitchen tap was fitted. I was given information about new gas boilers (hydrogen-compatible) as my current boiler is quite old now and will need replacing at some point. Found details online, read reviews so thought would try as our regular plumber could not attend. The man was looking for fault with previous work that had been done and when I stated it was a plumber we had used for over 10 years did not comment. Was said to drain boiler and to recharge expansion vessel and service prv, i did not notice the boiler being drained…other than a value being removed, cleaned and a pump, which looked like a bicycle tyre pump used. Did not wear or offer to wear PPE.

I get Paul to do a gas cert for a rental property that is a long way from me. He has been doing gas certs for me for many years now. He does the job within days of instructing and the tenants have never complained that he let them down on app time. The cert may not be the cheapest in the area BUT his reliability, communication and ease of payment far out weighs lesser competition. Yes I do recommend him
