Unfortunately its impossible to give an amount as to many factors see involved. - Type of guttering whether its upvc, steel or cast iron/effect. - Scaffolding/access costs - area of work. (All areas of the country have different prices). If a site visit is not possible, guttering/fascias/soffits are usually very easy to give a price from.

This all depends on the style, size and amount needed. It’s always best to get someone to come and physically look at what needs doing. Get quotes but to ensure they are comparable ensure that the plumber quotes for like for like quality and Manufacturer as cheaper materials will give a lower price but not necessarily the same value or quality

Refitting or replacing an existing piece of PVCu guttering should around £40 per meter. If the gutter is cast iron the the cost rises to about £65 per meter. If it's the downpipe that needs to be fixed or replaceed the the cost should be around £30 per meter for PVCu and £85 per meter for cast iron.
