A very satisfied customer. Plum UK produced the best quote out of the five I had invited round. Happy to let them carry out the work. Top value! Plum UK were happy to oblige in carrying out the job of, removing a faulty old back boiler from within the chimney breast and then to fit a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler, which would be located in a different area of the house on a Saturday, to get around my lack of availability during the week. A great plus, that suited me perfectly. Also assured me that all the work would be completed in the one day. Perfect! A two man team, friendly lads, arrived punctually as pre arranged and immediately set about assessing the whole job, explaining to me how they would go about it and asked if I was happy with their plan. They involved me throughout the day with any queries and information etc. That was reassuring. The team worked very efficiently throughout the day. Keeping any mess made to a minimum and cleaning up as they went. Time wise the team did not waste a minute, preferring not to stop for a break. At the end of the job the lads went through the new boiler operations with me, explaining how it all works and what to possibly look out for. Very thorough, very professional and efficient in their roles. Left me with confidence. Very pleased. Great work! Thank you all at Plum UK, I will definitely use these people again, servicing etc and will recommend them onwards to others. Good luck in your future!

They worked really hard, turned up when expected, they kept us up to date with progress, stayed late to make sure it was completed. Friendly lads great. Job!
