Jonathan came as cover for another plumber so hadn’t been able to check out details for himself. As it was the job took 3 times longer than it should have because materials ordered weren’t right and other problems but he overcame each difficulty with extreme good humour and clever thinking born out of a great deal of experience and skill and was very generous with the costs as the delays hadn’t been of my making. I would certainly use him again.

Unlike previous experiences relating to boiler maintenance or issues, I have to say the service I receive was first class and ensured the issue with my boiler was resolved as quickly as possible and without the unnecessary stress.

I am delighted, we had another company out and they told us we needed a new boiler... the weekend before Christmas, we were in panic as we had everyone arriving! We called Jonathan and explained over the phone the issues and what the other company told us, he thought it was a fault so came round to look at it, within an hour had found the problem and had ordered a part to fix our boiler. Needless to say we were over the moon we didn't have to replace our boiler! I would highly recommend Jonathan, he is very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.
