I called Keith to look at my boiler which had stopped working - he came round early evening the same day and unfortunately the boiler was beyond economic repair (it was 22 years old) - Keith phoned with a price the next day which was very good value and then fitted the same week - fantastic - thank you !

Gave detailed information about repairs needed to the existing leaking boiler and discussed options, finally deciding that the best route was to replace the boiler. Keith gave good advise on selecting a new boiler. He removed the old boiler and installed the new one with minimum disruption and left everything clean and tidy. Keith has done numerous plumbing jobs for me over the last 13 years.

Keith was great, turned up when he said he would and serviced the boiler. He showed me the parts that he had changed over, even rushed out to get a seal when he wasn't happy with the performance of the existing one. Left me the spare bits that came with the sealing kit as well in case I ever needed them, he could have kept them and I'd have been none the wiser. Would recommend!

Keith very helpful and knowledgeable. Does a good job. So pleased i have found Keith. My previous plumber of some 20 years took early retirement. so I have had to try a few different firms since then and been a bit stuck with getting things done properly. Will be using just Keith in the future as feel he is honest and does the job properly.
