We had an old system and wanted a new Combi Boiler fitting. JB Plumbing and Heating were great, from the very first phone call, they were so responsive, the office team was great, the lads were great. We really enjoyed having them and supplying them with tea! They done an amazing job, and were an absolute pleasure to have around. Kept the property clean and we really couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend JB Plumbing and Heating. We will be using again!

Jamie did an absolutely fantastic job of our bathroom and ensuite. He is clearly a perfectionist as every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard. Jamie kept us informed every step of the way. He worked efficiently, is very reliable and easy to get on with. John was punctual, friendly and completed the required gas safety check efficiently, whilst talking through the process and offering some extra advice about the placement of carbon monoxide detectors. Very personable and professional. We would highly recommend and will happily use his services again for any plumbing or gas Jobs in the future.

John came out to look at boiler that had stopped working. Was completely honest with what was required which saved us a small fortune (previous plumber had quoted just under a grand to fit 3 new parts that were clearly not needed). From requesting the quote to providing the service, JB Plumbing were absolutely professional throughout... Cant recommend highly enough...

John is both highly professional in his approach and clearly an expert in his field. He carried out a boiler repair and service for us and clearly explained what he was doing throughout so that we would understand our own boiler better and be informed about the work he needed to carry out. He made sure he completed the job in an agreed time frame, including getting parts, so that we would avoid an additional surprise bill. He was even willing to follow up a couple of weeks later when I had an extra concern. Really exemplary service and highly quality work. Thank you!

I have used JB Plumbing and Heating before so didn't hesitate to give them a ring. John made sure he could fit me in as soon as possible in order to mend a leak in my shower tray. As usual he explained prices to me clearly and made sure I was happy before proceeding with the work. He was quick, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.
