Brian was easy to communicate with (over the phone and over text message) and came back with a competitive quote. He quickly organsied an initial visit and came back with details and how to get the job booked in. Paul (who fitted the cat flap and fixed the door) was excellent and went above and beyond to complete the job. Really happy with the new cat flap and Paul even fixed our other door so we didn't have to replace it. Overall, would recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Hunters Glass. From the initial enquiry to installation, they have been a pleasure to work with. They measured, ordered and fit a pane of glass with a cat flap for us. The fitter was great: he arrived in good time, fit the new pane of glass and cat flap quickly, and was funny and courteous throughout. Couldn’t be happier.

We contacted no less than 6 companies for this job. Hunter Glass was always the first one to respond, and the most competitive price. They were ahead of schedule and before the estimates of all other companies. They then missed a piece when doing the installation, they just went and buy and came back. On top of that they are very nice people. I heartwarmingly recommend Hunters Glass

No concerns; always very responsive to questions that arose and helped sort our original problems with the connect cat flap with no issues at all (replacement sent). Although I don’t need two catflaps quite yet, I would use this company again if that changed!!

Excellent quality of work; clean and tidy and conscientious. Old pain of glass from patio door removed and disposed off by Hunters Glass and new pain of glass (with hole in for cat flap) fitted with a new cat flap in under an hour. One of my cats has learnt to use the cat flap too!

The whole process was hassle free. Good communication with Hunters on measurement, manufacture of pre-cut double glazed unit and then installation. Everything looks neat and the old glass was retained without a scratch in case flap would no longer be required. Cat and I are both happy.

After a pretty terrible experience with a different supplier, I contacted Hunters Glass to see whether they'd be able to measure and fit a SureFlap cat flap in my double glazed back door. Brian was very kind and answered all of my questions, and within a couple of hours, I had an appointment booked in for the following week to measure the glass. The cat flap which we ordered through Hunters arrived incredibly quickly, giving us time to program our cat's microchip, and the mounting piece arrived shortly after. Within 2 weeks, our cat flap was installed, and the team couldn't have done any more to help us. Even when SureFlap sent out the wrong mounting piece, everyone went out of their way to make sure we found one, and that the flap was fitted on the same day. I can't recommend Hunters enough, friendly, professional and competitively priced. Thanks guys!

These guys were brilliant reply very fast to emails, glass was solid and they helped us find a door that could be installed onto a double glazed glass door, very friendly man even glued our door number sign with industrial glue for us because it had fallen off the wall, and he was also very friendly and patients with our 5 pug puppies that were jumping all over him lol Highly recommend! good price too thanks !
