Heritage (Stuart) were called in following a new boiler installation from a more widely known boiler installer who left us without any heating and saying that the heating system (pipes and radiators) were not their issue as the boiler worked. Stuart tried various methods over a period of time to diagnose and remedy the problem. We found he was punctual, tidy, kept us in the loop and was generally a really nice and professional guy. He went over and above our expectations and we could not be happier with the results and the service provided, and at a great price too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We found Heritage when we had a boiler problem and many other firms had failed to find a solution. John Austin of Heritage methodically and carefully analysed what was a complex fault, and cured the problem, calmly and intelligently. John has since serviced our boiler and cured another less serious heating fault, we have total confidence in his ability and integrity. He also solved a cooker problem, and bills reasonably. Easy to talk to and get on with, we have no hesitation in recommending Heritage.
