Paul quickly found the problem we have had for the past 18 months with the gas hob not working when the boiler was on. We had been told that we needed new pipework to the boiler by the original boiler installer This was resolved by Paul phoning Cadent who found the problem immediately, outside the house and sorted straight away. Thanks to Paul we can now keep warm in the house and use the hob at the same time.
