What should have been a simple plumbing job ended up being an unveiling of numerous hidden problems that we didn't't know we had. Enflame were very professional and understanding and at no point made us feel like we had caused them an inconvenience. They did everything in their power to get us back up and running with a much better plumbing system than before. Something we didn't think could be possible. Would highly recommend them as a professional, friendly company.

Work was originally intended to take one day but turned into two full days due to the complexities in the house. After the first day the guys made sure I still had access to cold water and kept me fully informed throughout the work. Came back at short notice days later to deal with an leak unrelated to the work done. Friendly guys. Would definitely use again in future.

Rosli at Enflame was fast reacting to our initial call and fitted us in as an urgent case taking into account this was for our Mother In Law who has Alzheimers. There was plenty of contact in the planned Ng and preparation and again Rosli responded quickly. On the day he was punctual, polite and tidy, and very friendly, he coped well with a couple of issues and finished as planned b sides leaving bus with a very efficient system. Payment processes were easy using on line tools and receipts. Indeed Rosli was so personable it was like having an old friend work with us rather than for us.

Very understanding, willing to come to assess problem as soon as able.(& the quickest out of the 4 Gas/fitters/plumbers I contacted) Couldn't believe how soon the job was completed...felt I could totally trust the guys. Clearly made an effort to leave things tidy, after completing the job. Also, willing to return, in the evening, to explain how the new boiler functions, as I was at work, when they fitted it. I called 9am Monday morning, gentleman said he would call before lunch time if it was convenient, arrived to look at the job approx 11.15. Rosli has, over the last year, completed a number of jobs for us. Including Installation of a new boiler, more recently he returned to carry out a service on the boiler, and we asked if he could repair a tap and and a cystern which he did at the earliest opportunity. We also asked him if he could replace our shower which had been faulty for a while. He is always polite, friendly, and tidy. Discusses findings and gives advice. I would confidently recommend him.

Rosli responded very quickly to a request to look at a boiler problem. When he had to condemn the boiler he quickly contacted me and once we had agreed the cost of a new boiler he was able to rearrange his work so that it could be fitted the following day. So the tenant was without a boiler for less than 24 hours. A great job done. Highly recommeded.
