What is the best combi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?
A Baxi 630 as it has a good flow rate and 7yrs warranty would be the best choice in my opinion and is as good if not better than a Worcester equivalent and cheaper. Although any 30kw would do or even a 24kw at a push if the customer was on a budget and only had one bathroom, would obviously have to explain the dhw flow rate would be lower and assess whether its suitable on a case to case basis
What is the best combi boiler?
I recommend the Baxi Duo-tec as it has been tried and tested and has proved its reliability. I would install into family homes, as long as there aren't too many hot water outlets. Pricing would depend on whether the job is a combi to combi swap or a system to combi installation, but it would start at around £1200 for a straight swap.
