Robert attended for survey at time agreed, promptly assessed what would be required and clearly described what he would do to achieve our objectives. On day of installation, arrived on time , worked tirelessly all day and tidied up on completion! He was extremely thorough in desilting and flushing our system then helped me with initial set up of controls. Polite and communicative and kept us informed on his progress. His quote was very fair and bang on what my own research had suggested. He is certainly deserving of the many 5 star reviews on his website. We will certainly intend to use him again in the future and won’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and acquaintances!

Called Robert at 1600hrs Friday afternoon, arrived within the hour, stopped the leak, replaced burst pipe on Sunday morning. posted 05/12/2022

Very quick to isolate and stop the water in the ceiling void, came back for an hour on Sunday and replaced the damaged pipe.

Robert turned up 5mins after I called. Once he knew the problem advised he would come back after the job he was in route to when I called. True to his word he was back and fixed the problem. Not only did he fix the problem but he did some extra work to make the unit more stable. His work was first class. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Robert was fantastic! I needed an emergency plumber in the evening and was really struggling to get anyone willing to come that night. Robert was there within 10 minutes of our call! Really reasonable cost and excellent 1st class job.

Robert was very helpful and told us exactly what we needed and advised us about size of shower cubicle etc. His standard of work is very high. He tidied everything up and helped us get rid of old bath etc. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend him.

Robert was very helpful replacing an entire bathroom that had multiple issues. He was very thorough in identifying all the areas that needed to be addressed and provided a very reasonable quote. He managed the whole process, arranging all the other necessary tradesmen, and checking we were happy at each stage of the process.

I rang this company after a quick Google search. I had no heating / running hot water due to a leak in radiator. I spoke with Robert who said he were able to attend that day. He turned up in great time, very courteous around my home taking shoes off, fixed the leak and offered helpful advice regarding boiler. Many thanks, great to find a local, organised, efficient plumber.
