Very professional, was outside the door at the second, serviced boiler and properly cleaned magnetic filter, explained everything and answered all my questions to satisfaction, also suggested on other things where I needed professional opinion. Happy ending.

Great service from county gas services. Boiler was serviced and repaired. I also had a Hive thermostat fitted. Very pleased with the service and overall cost. Would highly recommend and my dog absolutely loved him! Thanks so much Mark!

Mark came to fit a 3 port valve to our hot water cylinder and install a plinth heater which runs off the central heating system , he also serviced our boiler , for the best price around ! and I’ve got to add , we’ve had a good few gas engineers over the years and Mark is the only one that has checked the pressure coming from the mains cupboard , when I asked him why he wanted to know where the gas mains was , he said it’s part of a Gas Safe service and should always be carried out, when I told him you’re the 1st ,he just shook his head in disbelief . Mark has also just installed a Hive wireless heating and hot water control to rid us of a very hard to operate Vaillant wireless system which we had endured for years .Now we’ve met Mark we will never go anywhere else , in fact he’s under strict instructions not to retire , don’t go anywhere else ! he is a very good honest tradesman (old school) not greedy , he will also offer advice , is very friendly , and doesn’t mind a bit of banter , a good all round bloke .

Really helpful and professional. Discussed the boiler and the service and was able to have a genuine conversation about the service and spoke to me very well without treating me like I didn’t know anything. Showed me where the valve was to top up the pressure. He was great with communicating and arranging/turning up for the appointment on time.

In order of occurrence: Initial contact - communication was excellent. Punctuality - a 2 hour window, 12.00 to 2pm - arrived 12.30pm Mark was polite, knowledgeable and extremely careful and clean in his work. Following neat installation of the hive receiver (on completion of the scheduled boiler service) he went to great lengths to explain the Hive system leaving no stone unturned. The visit concluded with a modest charge for painstaking care and first-class workmanship.
