Why does my kitchen sink smell like rotten eggs?

Many things can can cause unpleasant smell in the kitchen waste. if you a lot of food waste or grease in the trap, or bacteria or mould in the overflow. if you have a lot of deposits in the trap then it maybe siphoning the trap seal which stops the drain smells coming into the property if it is connected to a combined drainage system. Most domestic cleaners will sort the bacteria and smells but if the trap is blocked or has a partial blockage then it will need to be removed and cleaned, most people can do it themselves but if you are not happy or unsure about plumbing then a plumber should be called.

Does the installation require electrical works or does it require notification to building control. Then you have the factors of what products the customer wants to fit. High end fixtures and fittings and tiles, too a lower end suite and basic tiles.
