What is the average cost to rewire a house?
The price can vary on a multiple of items, plastic or chrome facias plates, pendants or spots lights, chased or surface, Position of Consumer unit, some 3 bedroom houses will have 2 or 3 reception rooms. Based on a 3 bed, 1 bath, living room and kitchen a basic 3 bedroom house would be £3200 plus vat.
