Best there is, reliable, professional & good honest hard working men. Kris fitted a new boiler for me, he was polite, professional and tidy. No mess plus he's great with a hoover! Highly recommend 21degree Heating to all. I'd never use anyone else & I recommend them to everyone, best in the business. Thank you for your fantastic work.

Our boiler stopped working on Friday evening. We contacted 21Degree Heating at 9pm on the Friday, and they came first thing on Saturday morning and managed to fix the problem. They showed us and explained the reason why our boiler had broken down and managed to replace the broken parts there and then and got our boiler up and running again. We would definitely use them again and I have already passed their contact details to family and friends.

Ashley went out of his way to get this job done quickly to get our boiler repaired . He called in and completed the repair on his way home from another job within 8 hours of me contacting him . He was so accommodating - can thoroughly recommend him .

Ashley arrived on time, investigated the issue, showed me where the problem was and showed the cost of the replacement valve, organised to pick up the parts and returned the next day to fit the part, work was completed on time and i felt the total cost was very reasonable considering he came out on a weekend to resolve the issue.

Big thanks to Ashley, Kris and Tom, for a job well done. They were all friendly efficient and punctual. Arrived at 8.30am as promised, to fit new boiler in different location, and didnt leave until after 7pm, ensuring we had heat and hot water overnight. They then returned at 8.30 again the next morning to finish the job. They made good the site of the old boiler, plastering inside...thanks to Kris and bricking up ouside...thanks Tom. Ashley also went out of his way to find matching bricks....well nearly. They even cleaned up after themselves as they went along. We would definitely recommend 21 Degree Heating. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again in 12 months for the boilers first service.
